Payment Agreement Terms & Conditions
DionisCoachMyLife is a subsidiary of 4U2NJOI Productions, LLC, a New Jersey Company. This good faith agreement is between greater health, life and well-being coach Dionis Joi Cochrane, BA, MBA, CHC, CLC and any client choosing the discounted rate package(s). Client agrees to pay according to installment schedule outlined below.
Failure to comply will result in termination of agreement and you will be billed the full cost of your agreed upon package at standard rate of $65/hour.
Cancellation Policy: Please notify us if you need to reschedule or cancel at least 12hours in advance of your appointment at dioniscoachmylife@gmail.com or text to 718-825-2885.

Due before the clients first scheduled session

You will receive an appointment reminder 1 Hour before your scheduled appointment. Sessions must be paid in full or according to installment agreement prior to your session.
